USE OF INFORMATION
You share information with us when you use the DII website and when you take any action on the DII website or choose to upload or add documents, personal information, comments or other content to the DII website. Other DII website users also share information about you, which includes uploading content or interacting with you.
Website visits generate certain information that is automatically stored in log files, including Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data. OPT-OUT POLICY AND REMOVAL OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
DII gives users practical options to remove themselves from DII mailing lists and from participation in certain interactive areas of DII’s websites. Personally identifiable information that we collect may be used to answer visitors’ questions, provide services, newsletters, and other information that visitors request or register for through the DII website, or for internal business purposes. You may correct, update or deactivate your personally identifiable information by e-mailing us here, or by contacting us by e-mail or postal mail at the contact information listed below. Please note that if you exercise choice in this manner, you will continue to receive communications concerning your account and products and services you requested, and in response to any requests for information by you. Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Please do not use this Site if you are under the age of 13.
DII reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when it believes that disclosure is necessary to protect DII’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
